3. The Dreppard House

Another of Thomas Collett's sons, Parkison Collett, sold this lot to Carrie Dreppard in 1895.

This 3-bay frame I-house was presumably built soon thereafter. It has an ell in the rear and a full-width porch with later enclosure above the porch.

It stands on the west side of North Main Street south of Cemetery Lane.
