30. The Scott House

S.P. Scott already lived here on the corner of Court and Walnut Streets when he bought the property in 1893, he presumably built this house for a large family.

Dating from around 1910, this 3 by 3 bay Princess Anne style two-story house has a hip roof with gable projecting pediments. It has German siding with shingles in the gable ends, and 1/1 windows. A One-story, hip roof, wraparound porch with Doric columns and wrought iron railing flanks the main entrance door at the corner of the house.
